When you register online, you have the option to pay immediately using a credit card or by using one of the other payment options detailed below.
AVID Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover (not American Express). You can use AVID’s online tool to pay for individual or multiple registrations.
- Individual Registrations
To pay for an individual registration, log in to MyAVID and go to the Event Registration tab. Consult this guide for more detailed instructions.
- Multiple Registrations
To pay for multiple registrations using the online payment tool, view this guide for instructions.
If you prefer to pay over the phone, please call AVID Care at 1-833-284-3227, and an AVID Care representative will help you complete the transaction.
Check and ACH
Please make a check payable to AVID Center and mail it with a completed Payment Coversheet to:

Please note that AVID must receive the actual check. We cannot accept a copy, the check number, or a check request form.

To submit an official purchase order (P.O.), please email or fax a copy of the P.O. with your completed Payment Coversheet to AVID Center:

A requisition for a P.O. or a P.O. number alone does not initiate the payment process or constitute payment. Please follow your procurement process to obtain the required P.O. per your internal procedures.

Partners have the option to pay for registrations after the event. Please send payment to the address listed above with a completed Payment Coversheet, so we know which registrations are covered by the payment.

Redeeming an AVID Credit Voucher
AVID credit vouchers may be used to pay for registrations.
After logging in to MyAVID, click the Event Registration tab. Enter the registrations online, and for payment method, select “Other” in the “Pay Later” section, and then send the voucher with a completed Payment Coversheet by email to [email protected] or fax to 800-524-9917.
